Challenge
HP sought to increase awareness and understanding of its latest AI-powered business workstation PCs among local enterprises, SMBs and freelancers. The goal was not only to introduce new product lines, but also to educate users about practical AI applications in their daily workflow. After a successful first run, the challenge for the second launch was to create an even more engaging experience that would drive more quality participation and hands-on learning.
Solution
In partnership with Ingram Micro, we conceptualized and executed the “Mobile AI Classroom” awareness truck campaign. We transformed the HP truck into an interactive mobile classroom with live demonstrations of popular AI apps and training sessions on HP AI PC functions. To tab on the blue ocean of SMBs, social ads campaign was launched to drive participation. The truck toured key CBDs over five days, offering free 15-minute workshops on ChatGPT, AI chatbot, Copilot+ PC features, advanced AI capabilities such as how to prompt on searching and analysis, and hands-on experience with flagship HP devices.
Outcome
The campaign saw strong turnout, with most workshop slots reserved ahead of time and robust on-site participation. Social buzz has gained 50K+ reach and quality leads have been received. Direct feedback reflected heightened interest in HP’s AI solutions, successfully positioning HP and Ingram Micro as leaders in AI transformation for business.
