HP – Happy workspace is the new black



WFH and flexible workspace evolved from lock-down, which has changed the demand for IT services and computer hardware. To raise awareness and generate leads for HP product line-up and corporate solutions, we need to turn technical spec and service details into user benefits to SMB and prosumers. 


We use different creative approaches to address SMB and freelancers’ pain points especially during the pandemic, where work from home became the new normal, promoting HP’s cutting-edge DaaS (Device as a Service) and workspace solutions. In addition to digital efforts, industry vertical case studies, management & user interviews, advertorial and educational videos are also carried out to create thought leadership. 


A series of lead gen and awareness campaigns generated 1,500+ leads in 6 months, and has increased 12% eShop sales and 8% on conversion rate.
